Don Nedved, CEO/Owner
Don Nedved is a manufacturers’ representative serving the industrial automation market across the Midwest. His career began more than four decades ago as an electrical tradesman, and that hands-on foundation still shapes how he works with manufacturers today. Over the years he has worked across construction, plant maintenance, controls engineering, and manufacturing systems, gaining a practical understanding of how automation systems are designed, built, and maintained on the factory floor.
Early in his career Don began programming PLC systems and working on automation projects. That experience expanded into controls engineering, robotics integration, control system design, and software development. Working directly on machines and production systems gave him a clear understanding of what engineers deal with when automation equipment is installed, commissioned, and supported in real manufacturing environments.
Don later operated his own engineering company and worked with ERP systems in manufacturing environments, giving him perspective that spans both the technical and business sides of production.
Today Don represents a focused group of industrial automation manufacturers specializing in parts feeding and fastening technologies. Having spent years in engineering roles himself, he understands what it’s like to inherit a project where equipment was sold without being properly applied, and that experience still shapes how he approaches his work today: recommending the right solutions the first time.
